Analyst - Operational Finance

About the role

This programme includes the optimization of our business functions and operate comparable card programme across the globe. After the successful deployment of the programme over 20+ markets, our focus is now to implement it globally. An accelerated deployment path has been approved, which the role being recruited will support.

What you'll do

• Citibank/Amex Corporate Card/Lodge card/P-card
• Responding to any support tickets in Service Now or via email re Citi Card issues and general enquiries from Citibank Corporate Cardholders/CTA/Purchase cards
• Supporting Citibank Card Programme Administrators (CCPA) with Leaver, Mover, Joiner process amendments and cardholder account maintenance in Citi Manager
• Identify significant transaction trends and inform/escalate to appropriate senior stakeholders in order to either encourage or discourage a particular transaction trend
• Liaising with local Citibank Card Programme Administrators or Functional Finance Heads of the Citibank Credit Card Program re Cardholders with late expense submissions
