About the role

(Why does the job exist?) Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Expenses. Support users, troubleshoot functional issues, execute testing, maintain documentation, and coordinate escalations to ensure reliable financial-system operations and timely resolution of service requests.
