Analyst - Order Management - Lead to Cash

About the role

This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customs clearance for global shipments, particularly in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals.

What you'll do

• Create and verify import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
• Ensure documentation meets international trade laws and country-specific pharmaceutical regulations
• Maintain accurate shipment and order records in ERP or logistics systems
• Support customs clearance by providing timely and compliant documentation to brokers and authorities
• Handle certificates of origin, analysis, and other regulatory documents required for shipments
