What you'll do

• This position will be based in Mumbai
• Key responsibilities include Core responsibility for monitoring corporate debt and equity investments
• Providing assistance to deal teams with assigned investments and general portfolio management including quarterly valuation and reporting
• Supporting potential restructuring with detailed Excel financial models including cash flow analysis, and related capital structure re- structuring analysis
• Communicating with portfolio company management
