Analyst, Process Excellence

About the role

This role involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive process improvement strategies that integrate standardization principles and emphasize efficiency aligned to the MUFG strategic objectives. This role is responsible for strengthening the Process Excellence (PEX) culture and governance framework across the organization through capability building, training, and structured program execution.

What you'll do

• Conduct Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training programs (in-person and virtual) — strong capability in training delivery and facilitation is essential to drive enterprise adoption
• Lead and facilitate interactive workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving forums to help teams identify pain points, inefficiencies
• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements
• Drive end-to-end governance of improvement opportunities from ideation, validation, prioritization, and handoff to implementation, including benefits realization tracking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and align improvement initiatives with business objectives
