Analyst - Project Finance

About the role

A CA or MBA qualification, preferably with a specialisation in Finance Relevant experience in project debt financing, credit analysis and IRR analysis Prior experience working with banks, financial institutions or credit rating agencies Willingness to work from the Mumbai office five days a week, Monday to Friday

What you'll do

• Lead project financing transactions within a growing business
• Building, reviewing and maintaining detailed financial models for project financing transactions
• Supporting project debt financing, credit analysis, sensitivity analysis and IRR analysis
• Managing financing transactions from initial lender engagement through documentation and disbursement
• Preparing financial information, credit notes, presentations and transaction-related materials
