Analyst - Project Management

About the role

We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of frontline servicing processes and systems, is able to structure a project to meet tight deadlines and develop point of arrival processes and policies. The successful candidate will execute on clear project deliverables, collaborate across multiple GSG functions to ensure the needs of CCPs and Customers are met.

What you'll do

• Be a GSG representative for BSN on wide-ranging projects, assisting in formulating and recommending operational issues, and feeding into thought leadership activities
• Process Mapping: Design, document, and optimize complex, end-to-end process workflows using Microsoft Visio to identify operational bottlenecks and efficiency gaps
• Process Documentation: Mastery of Microsoft Visio to construct detailed process flows, swimlane diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support for financial-well-being and retirement
