Analyst - Provider MDM

About the role

The Analyst – Provider MDM will support the strategy, governance, and operational execution of the Provider Master Data Management (MDM) platform. The role works closely with Product Owners, Provider Data SMEs, and cross‑functional partners to ensure accurate, reliable, and high‑quality mastering of Provider, plan, PBM, and commercial healthcare datasets.

What you'll do

• Support Provider MDM strategy by aligning initiatives with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Help establish governance, standards, and best practices across HCP, HCO, and Product data domains
• Review deliverables, support team processes, and promote accountability and continuous improvement
• Partner with stewardship teams to manage curation workflows, exceptions, and data quality processes
• Translate Provider business rules into standardized operational logic for consistent execution

What you need
