Analyst Residential Credit

About the role

The role is responsible for construction contract and lien waiver drafting for multi-family real estate operations. This includes reviewing contract requests, verifying information provided is accurate, verifying calculations, drafting standardized contracts, managing internal/external communications, and ensuring compliance with policy and legal requirements while supporting construction, accounting and property management operations.

What you'll do

• Contract Drafting and Execution
• Review contract requests in Yardi workflow along with supporting documents
• Draft contracts, lien waivers and pay applications using standardized templates based on ownership group and risk level
• Verify vendor credentialing status in RealPage before proceeding
• Send contracts with payment application instructions to vendors
