Analyst / Senior Analyst - Controlling

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to support financial planning, margin analysis, category performance evaluation, and revenue forecasting across our wholesale/ retail portfolio. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Category, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Business Finance teams to drive data‑backed decision-making, optimize profitability, and enhance business performance.

What you'll do

• Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes for sales
• Margins, category performance, and operating expenses
• Develop revenue and margin forecasting models using historical trends, pricing strategies
• Market dynamics, and promotional plans
• Provide variance analysis and insights against budget, forecast, and prior period

What you need

• 2–7 yrs of experience
• Power BI
• Excel
• FP&A
• Dashboarding
• Stakeholder management
• VBA
• B.Com or MBA or M.Com or CA Intermediate or CMA
