Analyst, Shared Business Services (Secondaries Real Estate)

About the role

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to support the Real Estate Secondaries investment team across transaction underwriting, portfolio monitoring, asset management, diligence, and reporting activities. The role will provide exposure to LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions, real estate fund underwriting, property-level analysis, and ongoing investment monitoring.

What you'll do

• Conduct market, sector, and portfolio research to support underwriting and investment decision-making processes
• Assist with ad hoc portfolio analyses, reporting requests, and strategic initiatives supporting the Real Estate Secondaries platform
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate recurring tasks, and enhance data quality and reporting consistency
