About the role

Analyst/Sr. Analyst – Legal & Compliance at DESRI. In this role, you’ll work closely with DESRI’s legal team on commercial agreements across our solar, wind, and storage portfolio. Collaborating with deal teams.

What you'll do

  • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, professional services agreements, consulting agreements
  • Review lease agreements, easements, options, and other site control documents supporting project development
  • Maintain playbooks, precedent language, contract records, and repositories; track review requests and escalate non-standard terms in accordance internal protocols
