About the role
Escalate complex technical issues to Linux L2/L3 teams with proper troubleshooting details.
What you'll do
- Provide L1 operational support for Linux servers, primarily RHEL/CentOS environments
- Monitor server health, availability, CPU, memory, filesystem and disk utilization
- Perform user/group administration, password management and basic access-related activities
- Handle filesystem, service, process and basic network troubleshooting
- Perform routine patching and OS maintenance activities as per defined procedures
