About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our telecom provisioning and activation team. This role involves configuring and activating telecom services (like MPLS, broadband, voice circuits) for enterprise and residential customers. You will be trained to use internal tools and systems to support service delivery.

What you'll do

Assist in provisioning telecom services such as data, voice, VPN, and leased lines based on customer requirements
Perform service activation and validation using standard scripts and configuration templates
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, field ops, service assurance) to ensure timely delivery of services
Monitor order queues and handle provisioning tasks through OSS/BSS tools
Track and escalate delays or configuration issues proactively
