Analyst - Telecom : Networking

About the role

This role ensures seamless and timely execution of telecom order fulfillment processes for medium complexity customers. The individual is responsible for coordinating order lifecycle activities, validating order details, and proactively identifying and resolving issues to meet customer expectations. They contribute to process enhancements through detailed analysis and effective communication within the team.

What you'll do

• Validate and verify telecom orders by applying Telecom Networking knowledge to ensure all technical and customer requirements are accurately captured before processing
• Expedite order fulfillment by tracking progress using order management tools, coordinating with internal team members
• Identify root causes of order fulfillment issues by analyzing process workflows and customer feedback using Customer Satisfaction Management techniques
• Prepare detailed reports using standard reporting tools to monitor order status, fulfillment metrics, and process health, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate order updates and exceptions clearly to team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on order timelines and expectations
