About the role

Unite your passion for audio innovation with high-tech product development The role is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, including transaction processing, accounting activities in SAP, and ensuring timely payments across HARMAN entities globally.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, ensure accurate accounting entries, appropriate approvals, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform 2-way/3-way invoice matching, resolve discrepancies, reconcile vendor accounts, and manage vendor queries, disputes, and credit/debit notes
• Monitor AP aging, follow up on pending invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments through ACH, NEFT, RTGS, and wire transfers
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Review employee expense claims, manage Travel & Expense (T&E) accounting, ensure correct tax treatment (GST, TDS, VAT, WHT), and identify non-compliant transactions
