Analyst - Travel & Expense Reconciliation

About the role

The Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end review, validation, and reconciliation of employee travel and expense (T&E) transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and financial controls. The role requires close collaboration with employees, approvers, vendors, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, improve process efficiency, and support accurate financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Responsible for reviewing, validating, and reconciling employee travel and expense claims against Corporate card statements, to ensure compliance with company policies
• The role involves analyzing expense reports, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with employees and finance teams for resolution, maintaining accurate records
• Review and reconcile travel & expense submissions vs Corp card statements
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and audit requirements
• Investigate and resolve expense-related discrepancies
