About the role
The Analyst, TSG Product Management, is assigned to one or a few products. The Analyst is responsible for responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting issues, performing routine updates, and validating changes through testing. This role gathers product insights by tracking key metrics, monitoring usage and adoption, and collecting user feedback through periodic surveys.
