About the role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs. Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails in a courteous manner Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue

What you'll do

• Customer & Portfolio Management
• Manage a portfolio of business finance and equipment finance customers
• Review customer accounts, facility performance, and funding utilization
• Respond to customer queries related to contracts, settlements, payments, and account maintenance
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with Relationship Managers, Credit Teams, and Operations

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• Data analysis

• B.Com
