About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to manage and oversee key financial operations, including month-end close, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and global reporting. This role will involve close collaboration with Business Development, Legal, and cross-functional finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

What you'll do

• Month-end close & reporting
• Support month-end close activities and meet reporting timelines
• Review trial balance movements and validate key P&L and Balance Sheet accounts
• Prepare monthly P&L results and key drivers for the Local Management Team
• Submit monthly financial statements in Hyperion with complete and accurate data

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Variance analysis
• Financial statements
• US GAAP
• IFRS
• SAP
• Reconciliation
• B.Com or MBA or M.Com
