Analytics Solution-Associate

About the role

This role partners closely with planning and analysis leads, Business Managers, Controllers, and Product teams to translate finance requirements into repeatable solutions with strong controls and governance. As an [associate within Payments Finance Transformation , you will accelerate reporting automation and process modernization by building production-grade data pipelines and automated workflows.

What you'll do

• Build and deploy end-to-end automation for financial planning and analysis processes, including data preparation, validation, reconciliations
• Deliver Sigma dashboards to consolidate and rationalize recurring reports into a smaller set of standardized, governed self-service views
• Set automation standards, mentor other developers, and partner with senior finance and product leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Develop and maintain finance-ready data models, including actuals, projections and forecast, and headcount and expense drivers
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and adoption plans, and convert ambiguous questions into deliverable backlogs and prototypes
