About the role

Role Summary The Annotation SME / Team Lead will establish and lead Fusion CX's Advanced Annotation Capability, driving annotation standards, client calibration, tooling strategy, workforce development, and quality excellence across computer vision, LiDAR, and multimodal AI data programs.

What you'll do

• Define and govern annotation standards, SOPs, taxonomies, and best practices across projects
• Lead client calibrations and resolve annotation ambiguities through structured decision frameworks
• Support solution design for new AI data collection, labeling, and annotation opportunities
• Review project guidelines, identify delivery risks, and recommend mitigation plans prior to launch
• Develop and maintain gold-standard datasets, benchmark tasks, and reference libraries
