AO – EA / Senior Office Manager at Sanford C. Bernstein Private. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO’s office and ensuring seamless daily operations.

What you'll do

• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO’s office and ensuring seamless daily operations
• Specifically, this individual will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership to manage critical administrative and operational tasks
• Oversee daily operational tasks, including coordinating leadership meetings, weekly OC meetings, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including preparation of presentation materials and event planning (e.g., town halls, ERG/EWG coordination)
• Manage active meeting and travel calendars, including scheduling meetings with internal staff and external contacts
