AP Channel Strategy & Sales Lead

About the role

The AP Channel Strategy & Sales Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the channel growth strategy for Lenovo's Intelligent Devices Group across Asia Pacific. This role drives partner-led revenue growth, channel coverage expansion, SMB and mid-market acceleration, and strategic reseller development by working closely with country channel leaders, sales teams, distributors, and ecosystem partners.

What you'll do

• Define and optimize route-to-market (RTM) strategies by assessing market opportunities, partner coverage, customer segments, and growth priorities
• Drive SMB and mid-market growth initiatives in collaboration with country channel, sales, and commercial teams to accelerate customer acquisition and partner productivity
• Design and deploy partner enablement programs, including sales tools, training, communications, incentives
• Lead regional business planning and performance management, tracking channel revenue, market share, partner contribution, program effectiveness, and growth initiatives
• Provide strategic insights and execution guidance to leadership teams by leveraging market intelligence, partner analytics
