What you'll do

  • This is an exciting role at the heart of our Asia Pacific marketing team
  • Coordinate the delivery of our top-table regional events, help in driving the client engagement efforts
  • Build efficient processes using marketing tools and track details accurately
  • Work closely with APAC External Relations to organise our top-table regional events
  • Support end-to-end event delivery: planning, schedules, registrations, invitations, attendance tracking, logistics and vendor management
