About the role

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, persistence, and experience in sales, legal services, collections, account management, compliance, dispute resolution, or customer-facing negotiation . You will help manage conversations with companies and end-users regarding software usage, compliance findings, and potential licensing discrepancies.

What you'll do

• Engage with end-users and companies regarding software compliance cases
• Follow up consistently on open cases, stalled conversations, and pending responses
• Support the resolution of licensing discrepancies through clear and professional communication
• Review investigation data, usage information, and case details to understand each situation
• Build organized case summaries and support documentation for internal tracking
