APAC Governance Lead

About the role

The Regional Workplace Lead is accountable for driving workplace excellence across multiple sites, ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with JLL’s global workplace strategy. This role demands strong operational leadership combined with strategic foresight to deliver workplaces that are efficient, inspiring, and human‑centered.

What you'll do

• Govern Operations by establishing a clear rhythm of the business, including annual planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly updates
• Guide regional teams on governance processes and required content
• Integrate regional input into country governance materials
• Support SLA standards development between My Workplace and the business, in partnership with country leaders
• Assist global leadership in maintaining organizational structure, operating model, and staffing documentation
