Application Specialist II

About the role

You will closely works with the MEA Business Development team and collaborates with the Regional Sales team to drive upselling opportunities and develop customized solution‑based quotations. In addition, you will engage directly with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support timely, efficient order execution and delivery.

What you'll do

• Review project specifications and technical requirements, ensuring full clarity on customer needs through close coordination with customers, the sales office
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial quotations, including deviation lists, supporting reports, and engineering drawings such as pneumatic circuits or logic diagrams
• Develop accurate project costing based on the Bill of Materials and calculate overall gross margin to support commercial decision‑making
• Conduct follow‑up discussions with customers to validate that submitted proposals meet both technical and commercial expectations
• Ensure all received purchase orders are complete, accurate, and aligned with the quoted scope and agreed terms and conditions

What you need
