Application Stability and Service Manager - Vice President

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished, highly technical, and strategic Vice President (VP – C13) to serve as the Application Stability & Production Service Manager for our mission-critical Liquidity Reporting and Secured Financing platform suite.

What you'll do

• Platform Stability & Service Management
• Act as the single point of accountability for overall platform health, stability, and service-level achievement (SLAs/KPIs) across global Liquidity Reporting
• Establish comprehensive health telemetry, proactive monitoring architectures (e.g., ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk)
• Drive structured stability programs by analyzing multi-month incident trends, batch bottleneck patterns, and infrastructure friction across distributed data platforms
• Major Incident Leadership, RCA & Problem Management
