About the role

To manage channel application support through monitoring of system performance, assessment of business impacts and coordination of issue resolution. Provide end-to-end application support for Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and other digital channel applications. Utilize Oracle PL/SQL, MS-SQL, Windows, and Linux platforms for application support, incident analysis, and troubleshooting activities.

What you'll do

• Manage channel application support through monitoring of system performance, assessment of business impacts and coordination of issue resolution
• Provide end-to-end application support for Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and other digital channel applications
• Generate and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and management updates related to application performance and support activities
• Analyze incident trends and identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency enhancements
• Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, support documentation, and operational knowledge repositories

What you need

• 7–12 yrs of experience
