Application Support - DIY - Associate Systems Engineer

About the role

To deliver desired, sustainable business outcomes and assure the integrity and continuity of our systems. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of AutoZone’s hardware, software, and/or network applications. This includes acquiring domain knowledge, growing technical skills, supporting the customers, resolving problems, and training as required.

What you'll do

• Deliver desired, sustainable business outcomes and assure the integrity and continuity of our systems
• Provide support to sustainable business outcomes and assure the integrity and continuity of our systems
• Support new features, scaling, automation and self-healing processes for sites and systems
• Identify and implement configuration changes to improve performance and reliability as necessary
• Coordinate with product owners and business partners to address the Business problems and document them as needed
