About the role
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems.
What you'll do
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
