About the role

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As a Veeva Vault CRM Support Consultant, a typical day involves supporting the EAGS application support team by ensuring timely issue resolution, application stability, and effective business operations.

What you'll do

Provide production support for incidents, service requests, and user-reported issues within agreed SLAs
Troubleshoot application and configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
Maintain Vault CRM configurations, including objects, fields, layouts, workflows, lifecycles, and user access
Support configuration changes, testing, releases, and post-deployment validation
Investigate data discrepancies and integration issues in collaboration with technical teams
