About the role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling L1/L2 support, managing incidents, and conducting root cause analysis. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining seamless application performance. Additionally, you will be involved in documentation, user training, and collaboration with various teams to enhance our overall application support strategy.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve application performance problems

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• ITIL
• Troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis
• SQL
• Any graduate
