About the role
UNTO is looking for an experienced and technically skilled professional to troubleshoot software issues and ensure the smooth functioning of our mobile application.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and mobile application issues
- Identify, analyze, and document bugs and technical errors
- Coordinate with developers to resolve complex technical issues
- Test application functionality and verify bug fixes
- Investigate ride booking, GPS, login, and payment-related issues
What you need
