  • Monitor and automate application, infrastructure, and cloud alerts, responding quickly to production issues
  • Maintain the stability, performance, and uptime of tools and applications owned by the team
  • Perform application and infrastructure monitoring, health checks, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Provide L2/L3 production support and take ownership of the production environment for key business applications
  • Identify improvement opportunities, assess business risk accurately, and help prioritize remediation efforts
