Application Support Engineer - Night Shift

About the role

This role focuses on proactive system monitoring, ticket handling, and basic troubleshooting of enterprise applications used in laboratory operations. Working under the guidance of the Application Support Lead and Senior Application Support Engineers, this position assists in identifying system issues, documenting incidents, and supporting routine operational tasks.

What you'll do

• Application Monitoring & Incident Support
• Monitor application health and performance using enterprise monitoring tools
• Respond to and log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system
• Perform basic incident triage and gather relevant logs and system information for troubleshooting
• Escalate incidents to Senior Application Support Engineer or the Lead when necessary

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
