About the role

The role ensures smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces. Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes. Support audits and regulatory reporting.

What you'll do

Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications used across group functions such as Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Procurement
Provide L1 and L2 support for application issues and interfaces
Ensure service improvements and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. Document incidents, resolutions, and system changes
Support audits and regulatory reporting
Monitor performance and availability of group applications (ERP, HRMS, Risk tools)

What you need

5–9 yrs of experience
ERP
HRMS
Root cause analysis
BCA or B.Tech or B.E.
