About the role

Applications and Systems Engineer 1 at Emerson. Be.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with internal and external customer to understand customer requirements and propose the best possible resolution for the given application-based project
  • On time submission of quality offer in coordination with BDM’s, internal & external sales team, Legal team, PMO and factory PSQ’s
  • Provide Pre-sales and technical support to all customers, business partners and distributers
  • Provide technical support and attend the pre and post order technical meeting with sales, PMO, Product management team, BDM's (Wherever applicable)
  • Ensure CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data are updated regularly
