About the role

The Applications Engineer is responsible for preparing competitive techno-commercial quotations for intercompany and third-party customers for Projects and MRO business. The role involves reviewing technical requirements, selecting suitable control valves and accessories, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring timely and accurate proposal submission.

What you'll do

  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations for standard and special control valves for assigned regions and intercompany requirements
  • Review project specifications, valve datasheets, process data, vendor documents, inspection, and testing requirements
  • Select suitable valves, actuators, and accessories based on application requirements
  • Prepare technical deviations and clarification lists with appropriate justification
  • Coordinate with factories, suppliers, legal, operations, and credit analysis teams for quotation support
