This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can efficiently handle tasks with minimal supervision. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy will be essential in supporting our operational needs. While previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, we also welcome motivated freshers who are eager to learn and grow.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Agartala drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
