About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to support our daily operations in Alappuzha. This role requires an organized individual who can efficiently manage various administrative tasks while ensuring smooth backend processes. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is preferred, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Alappuzha drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
