About the role

As a Back Office Executive, you will contribute to maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring timely completion of tasks. This is a full-time or part-time position based in Ambala Cantt, Haryana, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Ambala Cantt drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
