About the role

You'll be responsible for organizing and maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting the overall workflow of the office. We welcome candidates with prior experience in administrative or operational roles, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Bhubaneswar drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
