About the role

This position requires a responsible and organized individual who can efficiently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision. You will be involved in various administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and supporting other team members as needed. Previous experience in administrative or operational roles is advantageous, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Bikaner drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
