About the role

We are seeking a Back Office Executive in Bolangir to support our daily backend operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing various administrative tasks. This position offers a full-time or part-time opportunity, with a salary range of ₹14,000 to ₹17,000 per month.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Bolangir drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
