As a Back Office Executive, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization by assisting with various backend tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting other team members as needed.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Chittorgarh drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
