About the role

This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. You will be responsible for maintaining records, processing orders, and assisting with various administrative tasks that support daily operations. Previous experience in administration or operations is advantageous, although motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Cuttack drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
