About the role

You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and supporting the overall workflow of the organization. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in an administrative or operations role, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Daman drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
