As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling documentation, data entry, and supporting the operational team to maintain efficiency. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in administrative roles, although motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our operations.

What you'll do

• Updating and managing driver records, onboarding documents, and compliance files
• Maintaining daily trip logs, ride summaries, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinating with the ops team for driver allocation, cab assignments & route planning
• Helping Dhoraji drivers & customers with basic issues over phone or email
• Maintaining internal databases and cab management dashboards
